Sales Development Representative – Outbound (LATAM Focus) (f/m/d)

UXCam is hiring an Outbound Sales Development Representative focused primarily on Latin America to grow pipeline through outbound prospecting and qualified meetings. The role also helps test and shape AI-driven sales workflows in collaboration with Sales and RevOps, while adapting campaigns for other regions as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Drive high-impact outbound: Pick up the phone, build immediate rapport, and book qualified meetings with key decision-makers across LATAM (with flexibility to prospect into NAM and other key regions)
• Leverage market fluency: Apply a deep understanding of LATAM culture, business practices, and regional nuances to craft messaging that opens doors
• Shape our AI stack: Act as the domain expert—providing practical feedback and real-world SDR insights to help us test, refine, and build our sales automation stack
• Run outbound experiments: Design, test, and iterate on messaging, multi-channel cadences, and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
• Scale output with modern tech: Actively use AI and automation tools to streamline account research, personalize outreach at scale, and prioritize high-intent leads
• Collaborate & build playbooks: Analyze performance data to understand why messaging works, collaborating with Sales and RevOps to turn winning outreach into repeatable playbooks
• Focus on real pipeline: Measure success by high-quality meetings that convert to actual revenue—not vanity activity volume

Requirements:

• Professional fluency in English AND Spanish or Portuguese
• Strong hunter mentality—you genuinely enjoy outbound prospecting and picking up the phone
• Proven experience with outbound prospecting in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
• Deep understanding of LATAM business dynamics, with the agility to adapt messaging for NAM or other Western markets when needed
• Comfort owning a meeting quota and working a territory with ambiguity
• A builder mindset—curiosity, experimentation, problem-solving, and tech-savviness
• Clean, accurate CRM hygiene (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, etc.)
• Experience designing or improving outbound motions (not just executing existing playbooks)
• Experience selling in the product analytics, UX, or developer tool space
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, etc.) for prospecting, research, or workflow automation
