Corporate Account Executive, Creative Event Sales

Ansera is hiring an Account Executive to drive business growth by managing the full sales cycle for creative event and experiential marketing solutions. The role develops client relationships, sells custom event experiences, coordinates proposals and project budgets with internal teams, and represents the company at industry events.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively prospect and qualify new business opportunities with brands across various industries
• Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding assigned sales quotas and targets
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate regional markets and client accounts
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their brand, marketing goals, and vision for their events
• Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Creative, Production, Project Management) to develop customized, innovative, and visually compelling event proposals and presentations
• Present, negotiate, and close complex contracts, articulating the creative and financial value of the proposed solution
• Collaborate with Producers on project budgets, scopes, and timelines, ensuring solutions are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the client's creative specifications
• Liaise between the client and the creative/production teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Stay current with event industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities (e.g., experiential activations, virtual/hybrid events, sustainable event design)
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads

Requirements:

• Proven track record of 3+ years in B2B sales
• preferably within the event, trade show, experiential marketing, or creative agency industries
• Demonstrated success in finding new business and managing the entire sales cycle, from cold lead to contract close
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop unique solutions that solve a client's marketing challenges
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and presentation tools
