Information Technology Project Manager

Glass Box Technology is hiring an IT Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects for enterprise customers. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages customer communications, and oversees project schedules, budgets, and delivery across networking, security, cloud, identity, and endpoint projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple concurrent IT projects from initiation through completion
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and resource allocation strategies
• Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and contractual requirements
• Coordinate internal engineers, the sales team, vendors, subcontractors, and customer stakeholders
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings and recurring status meetings
• Escalate issues and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
• Manage project documentation, change orders, statements of work (SOWs), and customer communications
• Monitor project financial performance, including labor utilization, profitability, and budget adherence
• Maintain accurate project records within project management and CRM platforms
• Support post-project reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership to improve project management processes and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure or technology projects, including network infrastructure, enterprise IT deployments, data center technologies, and cybersecurity initiatives
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches
• Experience managing project budgets and financial reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, Excel, and project management software
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification

• Experience managing government, healthcare, or education technology projects
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
