Senior Project Manager

Business Aviation Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead aviation development and construction projects nationwide, including FBO terminals, corporate hangars, and aircraft maintenance facilities. The role oversees projects from planning and design through construction and completion, managing project teams, budgets, schedules, approvals, procurement, and client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from planning and design through construction and completion
• Manage architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and financial reporting
• Coordinate permitting, regulatory approvals, and airport requirements
• Lead contractor selection, bid reviews, and construction administration
• Maintain client relationships and resolve project challenges

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of relevant project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven success managing complex commercial, industrial, or aviation construction projects
• Strong leadership, communication, budgeting, and scheduling skills
• Aviation development and owner's representation experience
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or Monday.com
• credentials such as PMP, CCM, AIA/RA, PE, or LEED AP
