Project Manager – Electronic Security Systems

SageTech Resources is partnering with an established electronic security integration company to hire a Project Manager. The role manages commercial security installation projects from planning through completion, coordinating field teams, customers, schedules, budgets, and technical execution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial security installation projects involving access control, video surveillance (CCTV), intrusion detection, intercom, structured cabling, and related systems
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, labor resources, materials, and overall execution
• Coordinate installation technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Lead project kickoff meetings, review project specifications, and communicate installation requirements to field personnel
• Work closely with sales, operations, and customers to establish project timelines and address technical or operational challenges
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement solutions to keep installations on track
• Coordinate equipment procurement and material deliveries to ensure installation teams have the necessary resources
• Provide technical support, including programming and configuration of access control and video surveillance systems
• Maintain regular communication with customers and internal stakeholders regarding project status, schedules, and deliverables
• Ensure installations meet quality standards, project specifications, and applicable safety requirements

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial electronic security installation or service
• Strong understanding of access control, CCTV/video surveillance, intrusion detection, and integrated security systems
• Experience managing field technicians, subcontractors, installation schedules, and multiple project priorities
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, wiring diagrams, and system documentation
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer relationship skills
• Comfortable working independently and making decisions in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver's license
