Project Manager

CLD Physical Security Systems is seeking a Project Manager to lead physical security projects from sales handover through final close-out. The role coordinates customers, internal teams, suppliers and site partners to deliver perimeter security solutions safely, on schedule and within commercial targets.

Responsibilities:

• Own the full project lifecycle, coordinating design, approvals, procurement, production, logistics and installation
• Build trusted customer relationships, lead progress meetings and communicate risks and decisions early
• Manage budgets, forecasts, variations and payment milestones, protecting project margin and cash
• Coordinate installers and subcontractors, with a focus on site safety, quality and compliance
• Drive commissioning, customer acceptance and handover, maintaining clear records throughout

Requirements:

• Proven project management experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, site installation or a similar technical environment
• Experience taking projects from order or contract handover through delivery and close-out
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple projects, programmes and stakeholders
• Confident communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Working knowledge of site health and safety, safe contractor management and project reporting systems
• A full US driving licence, a valid passport and willingness to travel regularly
• a project management qualification such as PMP, APM or PRINCE2, or a relevant technical qualification, would be an advantage
