Customer Service Patient Representative - Outbound

Beltone is hiring an Outbound Customer Service Patient Representative for its contact center. The role connects prospective patients with hearing healthcare services by making outbound calls, scheduling appointments, documenting patient information, and supporting a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective patients through outbound calls and help schedule appointments
• Engage warm and new leads using established call guides and best practices
• Build rapport, identify patient needs, and confidently overcome concerns or objections
• Accurately document patient information within our CRM system
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer service on every interaction
• Collaborate closely with hearing care professionals and clinic teams to ensure a positive patient experience
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment goals
• Contribute ideas and support initiatives that improve team performance and patient satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven success in outbound calling, appointment setting, inside sales, or retention roles
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls (150+ daily)
• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional phone presence
• Ability to build trust quickly and guide conversations toward positive outcomes
• Resilient, goal-oriented, and motivated by achieving results
• Coachable and eager to learn new skills and best practices
• Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• A positive attitude and commitment to being a supportive team member
• A desire to succeed in a team environment
• Positive attitude and receptive to coaching
• Minimum 6 months of call center, inside sales, appointment setting, or related experience
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
• High level of computer proficiency and data entry accuracy
• Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and courtesy when interfacing with patients, clients, and co-workers
• High proficiency with written correspondence
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Self-sufficient and passionate about success
• Experience handling objections and converting opportunities into appointments preferred
