About this role
Role Overview
Proactively identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research of clients in New Zealand
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their recruitment needs and challenges in New Zealand
Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into clients, negotiating terms and closing agreements
Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless handover of client requirements
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth
Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in the recruitment industry
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and market dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results and ability to work independently
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
