Role Overview
Develop a growth strategy, focusing on both financial gain and customer satisfaction to achieve sustainable business growth.
Research and identify new business opportunities.
Stay ahead of market trends and identify potential areas for business expansion.
Generate leads, cold call prospective customers and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Understand and assess the needs of customers and develop tailored solutions to meet those requirements.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Conduct Store Checks and supervise the implementation of sales initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company standards at retail locations.
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities.
Monitor industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly to remain competitive.
Planning and executing targeted sales campaigns to maximize revenue and market reach.
Prepare detailed sales forecasts, conduct market analyses, and present findings to senior management
Requirements
2-5 years of proven experience in sales management or business development within the FMCG industry
A solid understanding of the German consumer market, including key players
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Time management and planning skills
Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in the German and English languages
