Role Overview
- Understand customer needs

Requirements
- Native-level German (or C1 proficiency)
- Upper-intermediate English
- Knowledge of additional languages such as French, Portuguese, Italian, or Arabic is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Results-oriented
