About this role
Role Overview
Planning and executing region’s business development strategy for complete product line
Developing new business opportunities in sales and after-sales areas
Advising existing and new potential customers in the areas of industrial communication solutions
Identifying new clients based on business needs and offering solutions that meet those needs
Actively getting new leads, business opportunities and projects in the region
Providing daily support and building close relations with existing regional sales channels
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness in the region
Planning, managing, and supporting marketing activities in the region, representing company in marketing events
Resolving customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Building and keeping strong, long-term customer relations
Working closely with Sales and Product Managers to build solutions and offers satisfying business and project needs
Monitoring customer performance, project tracking, sales forecasting, regular reporting
Analyzing market conditions, trends, competitors, and pricing structures to create opportunities for increasing market share
Conducting research for new technologies or potential products to identify opportunities for growth
Coordinating with PM and R&D Teams to create solutions or product features as well as recommending improvements or customization
Working remotely and travelling
Requirements
Native-level proficiency in German language
Proficiency in English language
Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably technical field of study (engineering, networks, communication, automation)
Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field
Basic knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Independence in action and well planning skills
Project management and organizational skills
Professional, proactive, committed and enthusiastic attitude
Ability to work in remote environment and remote international teams
Fast learning
Strong goal orientation, critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Presentation and speaking skills
IT skills – MS Office, ERP systems, web conference software
Ability to travel
Driving license
