Support the identification, acquisition and development of potential B2B clients with the goal of building long-term, sustainable business relationships.
Lead and manage projects in Sales/Business Development.
Serve as the primary contact for our new clients and contribute actively to the team's success.
Conduct market and trend analyses and proactively support the further development of the business model and business development activities.
Prepare pitches and presentations.
Represent PAIR Finance at trade fairs, exhibitions and other events.
Requirements
Initial professional experience in B2B sales within a dynamic environment, ideally at a FinTech, InsurTech, debt collection (Inkasso) or LegalTech company.
Ability to drive revenue growth and a passion for contributing in a fast-paced environment.
Strong technical aptitude enabling you to explain our technology-based service to leads and prospective clients.
Excellent MS Office skills and enthusiasm for working with new technologies such as AI.
Fluent German (C1) and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
