Identify and implement improvements and optimizations in the HR and labour management aspects of the software setup.
Provide expert support and solutions to enhance software efficiency and integration in HR and labour management.
Lead and manage technical teams, ensuring effective collaboration and project delivery in HR and labour management integrations.
Coordinate with SQL and Crystal Reports teams for optimal software functionality and integration in HR-related modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HR and labour management software optimization.
Offer training and support to clients for the enhanced use of Vista by Viewpoint in HR and labour management.
Develop and update training materials and guides focusing on optimized software use in HR and labour management.
Ensure the quality and effectiveness of the HR and labour management software post-optimization.
Regularly report on the progress and outcomes of HR and labour management optimization initiatives.
Requirements
In-depth experience in implementing Vista by Viewpoint specifically for construction companies, with a focus on HR and labour management applications.
Substantial experience working within the construction industry, particularly in roles related to human resources, labour management, and project management.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, construction management, or a related field.
Proven expertise in managing SQL and Crystal Reports teams, with a focus on HR and labour management applications.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interactions and cross-functional teamwork in HR contexts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, crucial for identifying and implementing improvements in HR and labour management software setups.
Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, capable of working independently and collaboratively in HR-focused projects.
