Identify and engage industrial companies and training centers as target customers, understanding their specific needs for AR-based training solutions or customized applications
Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, needs analysis, solution presentation, negotiation, and deal closure
Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, create and maintain detailed sales funnels, and generate accurate forecasts
Monitor and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure consistent progress and achievement of revenue targets
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies and institutions
Provide ongoing support and act as a trusted advisor to ensure customer success and satisfaction
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities
Contribute to our client’s expansion by exploring untapped markets and building a strong local presence
Partner with internal teams (product, marketing, and support) to align offerings with customer requirements
Provide customer feedback to drive continuous improvement of products and services
Report regularly on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics to the management team
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial sectors or the education/training industry
Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles and achieving sales targets
Expertise in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and a strong understanding of sales funnel creation and management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to analyze customer needs and propose tailored solutions effectively
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
A proactive and self-motivated mindset, with a focus on achieving results
Willingness to travel extensively across Germany to meet clients and attend industry events.
