Use market insights and CRM data to identify high-potential employer partnerships and create meaningful employment opportunities for graduates.
Proactively engage potential employer partners through cold calling and effectively utilize the internal lead management system to expand the employer network.
Develop and grow new and existing relationships within the healthcare industry to proactively identify future job opportunities for graduates.
Align graduates with well-qualified allied healthcare job opportunities and maintain relationships with employer partners to ensure actionable pre
and post-interview feedback is captured to best assist graduates with getting hired.
Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation of graduate interactions, employer engagements, job orders, interview outcomes, and successful placements.
Consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics, including call volume, interviews, hires, and monthly placement goals.
Requirements
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
1-2 years’ experience in business-to-business sales, business development, employment staffing, career services, or another related field.
Demonstrated strengths in results-driven performance, interpersonal communication, relationship building, and effective time management.
Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools such as Microsoft Teams.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
