Requirements
5+ years of sourcing experience with a track record of low-volume, high-depth searches (fewer concurrent reqs, deeper per-search research investment)
Demonstrated experience sourcing US-based candidates for US-based companies — not offshore or contractor staffing for US clients
Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter including Boolean construction, filter logic, and passive candidate identification
Experience building talent maps or conducting structured market intelligence research (org analysis, headcount tracking, competitor mapping)
Verifiable sourcing outcomes on CV: closure rates, search turnaround, promotion to #1 sourcer, or recognition for troubleshooting underperforming searches
Willingness to operate exclusively in a sourcing capacity — no candidate management, no full-cycle ownership, no client-facing responsibilities
B2+ English (CEFR) for internal written communication and pipeline documentation
