Requirements
2 years of Virtual Assisting experience [preferred]
Non-profit or ministry experience [preferred]
Portrays confidence and professional authority
Ability to anticipate needs
High level of loyalty and discretion
Must have some day-time availability (9am-5pm) to receive emails, take calls, and join zoom meetings when needed
High-level working experience with platforms such as Microsoft Outlook, Google, Zoom, Dropbox, etc.
Tech Savvy and able to adapt and learn new software
Forward thinking
you anticipate needs or problems before they arise
Strong time management skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to manage many tasks simultaneously
