About this role
Role Overview
Identify, pursue, and secure high-value, long-term strategic partnerships
Drive outbound prospecting efforts through modern sales channels
Lead presentations and high-level, consultative discussions with C-suite executives
Quarterback the entire sales process from initial contact to closing
Partner closely with Onboarding and Operations teams for post-close transition
Provide continuous feedback to leadership on market trends
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of demonstrated success in an outside business development or strategic sales role
Deep understanding of multi-modal freight management
Proven ability to shift the conversation from transactional rate-shopping to strategic partnership
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
Proficient in leveraging modern sales enablement tools
Highly motivated, results-oriented self-starter
