Coordinate the end-to-end implementation of EUDR requirements across production, logistics, and commercial operations.
Act as the central coordination point for all EUDR-related activities across departments (Supply Chain, Production, Sales, Legal, IT, Finance, Marketing).
Organize internal working sessions, follow-up reviews, and status updates to ensure stakeholder alignment.
Manage the traceability process from green coffee (and other in-scope materials) to finished products, ensuring clear linkage with the corresponding Due Diligence Statements (DDS).
Oversee collection, validation, and management of geolocation and supplier data to confirm “deforestation-free” and “legally produced” sourcing.
Work directly with suppliers to ensure understanding and fulfillment of EUDR obligations and data requirements.
Support the integration of DDS reference numbers into all internal logistics and ERP systems (SAP, WMS, TRACES).
Collaborate with IT and BPA departments to assess, design, and implement the necessary technological tools and automations (e.g., API integrations between WMS, ERP, TRACES).
Participate in developing procedures within SAP and WMS for recording and managing batches, production inputs, and product traceability.
Participate in testing, data validation, and continuous improvement of traceability systems.
Identify and assess potential compliance risks related to the EUDR, proposing and coordinating corrective or preventive measures.
Monitor regulatory developments and adapt internal processes to evolving EU requirements.
Support the BPA Manager and CFO in maintaining compliance documentation for internal and external audits.
