Manage and grow the client portfolio in the hospital segment, with a focus on CSSD (Central Sterile Services);
Define and monitor regional commercial targets (Minas Gerais, São Paulo, Bahia and other states with potential);
Support representatives and distributors, ensuring technical and commercial standards in negotiations;
Maintain active relationships with hospitals, clinics and healthcare groups to increase market share;
Deliver technical trainings and commercial presentations directed to purchasing managers and technical teams;
Participate in tenders, trade shows and strategic events in the hospital sector;
Prepare performance and commercial reports and KPIs, monitoring results and action plans.
Requirements
Solid experience in technical and consultative sales within the hospital segment, particularly in CSSD, surgical instrumentation, sterilization equipment or hospital supplies;
Proven track record managing commercial teams and regional representatives;
Experience with complex B2B negotiations (hospital groups, distributors and public agencies);
Previous involvement with public tender processes and hospital supply contracts.
