About this role
Role Overview
Conduct active prospecting and initial conversations with potential clients.
Qualify leads (inbound and outbound), understanding needs, profile, and potential.
Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
Monitor the pipeline in the CRM, keeping everything organized and up to date.
Conduct qualification calls, follow-ups, and relationship nurturing.
Ensure consistency in the funnel, handling approximately 10 inbound leads/day plus outbound flows.
Work with discipline, pace, and focus on daily and weekly targets.
Requirements
Minimum of 6 months in sales, commercial service, or as an SDR.
Experience with online sales is a strong advantage.
Skills in active prospecting, qualification, and commercial communication.
Familiarity with CRM (Pipedrive or Kommo).
Familiarity with Excel/Sheets, WhatsApp, Api4com, Google Drive, Meet, MindMeister/Miro.
Organized pipeline management and activity logging.
