Requirements
A solid track record in senior technical sales or business development serving the civils and infrastructure market, with the ability to understand and communicate design-led solutions
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse market trends and develop compelling value propositions
Strong problem-solving skills and confident commercial decision-making
Awareness of market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer need
Demonstrated success in sales, business development, and account management
Excellent negotiation abilities with a proven track record of closing deals
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, internally and externally
In-depth understanding of the construction and infrastructure landscape, including regulations, standards, and best practice is highly desirable
