Qualifying and following up on leads to build a robust sales pipeline, ensuring we fully understand our clients potential needs and proposing our solution to help them with a critical business lead.
Manage communications with prospective customers to maximise conversion rates and achieve revenue goals.
Foster strong relationships across internal teams to ensure effective onboarding and mobilisation of new clients.
Identify cross-selling opportunities ensuring a full understanding of the broader product portfolio.
Cleansing sales data on a regular basis to make sure that all information relating to our customers is up to date.
Requirements
Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets as well as working at pace.
A strong understanding of sales process and driving effective consultative sales conversations.
Ability to expertly navigate the sales cycle
from discovery and identifying customer needs to closing deals
Experience in outbound B2B sales, following up leads through to successful conversion
