Assume responsibility for sales activities in your Zurich and Eastern Switzerland region.
Identify and develop new customer opportunities to engage physicians and clinical staff with the benefits of innovative solutions.
Conduct sales and negotiation meetings as equals with operating room (OR) management, chief physicians, hospital administrations and purchasing departments.
Support users in the OR and provide practical advice and training on the use of our innovative machine systems.
Develop tailored concepts and financing plans for your customers.
Actively participate in trade shows, congresses and professional conferences to expand your network and bring new insights.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally in medical technology or a comparable environment.
Passion for selling technically complex and demanding products and services.
Experience in building long-term customer relationships and in new business development.
Strong communication skills, self-initiative, and a friendly, personable manner.
Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, strong organizational skills, and a desire to take responsibility.
Fluent German and good English skills, written and spoken.
Valid Category B driving licence.
Degree in medical technology, business administration, health management, or equivalent experience (preferred).
Professional experience as a surgical/operating room assistant or in the clinical/MedTech environment.
