Role Overview
- Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) into enterprise accounts
- Identify and engage key decision-makers (VP, Director, C-level) within large organizations
- Conduct deep account research and implement account-based sales strategies
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using structured frameworks (e.g., MEDDICC, BANT)
- Book high-quality discovery meetings and product demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management in CRM systems
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting
- Continuously optimize outreach strategies based on performance metrics
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in Sales Development or Business Development, preferably in SaaS
- Proven track record in enterprise outbound sales and pipeline generation
- Strong experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and navigating complex organizations
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze outreach performance
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
