Role Overview
- Managing customer accounts and ensuring chemical programs deliver value and performance
- Maintaining field inventory, handling customer expectations, and providing technical sales support
- Performing field service work, servicing pumps, conducting lab analysis, and managing preventive and remedial maintenance services onsite
- Collaborating with customers and internal teams to identify opportunities and deliver solutions that meet operational goals
Requirements
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Upstream Chemicals and Oil & Gas
- Have mechanical aptitude and ability to perform hands-on field work
- Have strong communication and presentation skills to engage clients and management effectively
- Have solid understanding of upstream chemical applications and processes
