Role Overview
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives
Implement strategies to meet clients' needs and increase their satisfaction
Negotiate agreements and contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties
Handle challenges and issues that may arise with accounts, finding effective solutions
Lead project progress, interacting with the project architecture team and providing guidance and strategy for business development
Collaborate with other internal teams, such as sales, marketing, production, and customer service, to meet client needs
Identify growth opportunities with clients, promoting additional products or services
Prepare account performance reports for senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
Measure and improve customer satisfaction, ensuring clients are satisfied and willing to maintain long-term business relationships
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields
Knowledge of IT infrastructure
Knowledge of Sales Pipeline
