About this role
Role Overview
In the Telekom TKS Worktype you support customers with all inquiries related to add-on services, insurance, and service packages — and use every conversation to actively and professionally place tailored products.
Your focus is on identifying needs, explaining added value, and generating revenue while maintaining a service-oriented approach.
Handling written customer inquiries and internal system notifications.
Independent processing of typical tasks, including:
Changes to customer data (e.g., IBAN, address, contract details)
Follow-up processing for sales that were not completed correctly due to system issues
Manual execution of transactions across multiple systems
Independent research in multiple systems to clarify open issues.
Ensuring that all transactions are accurate, complete, and finalized.
Targeted, occasion-based outbound calling, e.g.:
when information is missing
when a transaction cannot otherwise be completed
or when sales potential is identified.
Requirements
Previous experience as a customer advisor or in customer service, with proven sales experience
Willingness to work late shifts and weekend shifts
Strong German language skills in spoken and written form, ideally native-level
Quick comprehension and a preference for working independently
Confident PC skills and reliability in data management
Enjoyment of communication, interacting with customers, and working in a 100% remote environment with a vibrant digital community 🌐
