Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with large strategic health system customers
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
Understand and resolve customer needs and issues
Collaborate with the Health Systems and Specialty Services sales team
Lead team initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvement
Prepare and participate in customer quarterly business reviews
Communicate with internal and external senior-level management
Requirements
Requires broad training in business administration, project/program management, healthcare management, accounting, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar fields
5+ years of directly related and progressively responsible experience
Previous experience working with Health Systems
Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
Analytical and process-oriented mindset
Strong customer service skills
Demonstrated consultative skills and ability to create trust quickly
Project management skills for leading and supporting multiple projects
