Works with agents and consultants to sell Ancillary Group insurance products to new and existing accounts
Responsible for discovering, developing and maintaining benefits brokerage relationships
Accountable for the achievement of production through tenacious broker development
Deliver organized, polished presentations of solutions
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan that results in increased sales and maximized profitability
Collaborates with Large Group Sales Representative and Retention Executive
Implements and supports new sales initiatives
Works closely with market team to motivate team to create a strong culture
Coordinates with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
Builds brand across the market in conjunction with outside organizations and key constituents
Sets up new cases and participates in enrollment when needed
Requirements
2+ years’ experience selling group Insurance
Experience selling Dental, Vision, Life and Disability products
Experience building relationships with brokers
Consultative selling background and experiences
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Business and Financial Acumen
Valid State Health and Life insurance licenses (GA)
This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance
Ability to travel the market to meet with brokers and team members
