Lead, build and maintain world-class Salesforce.com solutions using best practices in the areas of system decommissions (moving legacy systems to Salesforce.com), lightning apps and components, custom apps, changes to core apps, AppExchange Apps, approvals, workflows, product configurators, custom Price Books, commission tools, dashboards, attainment, contest pages, etc., for sales and service clouds and partner community.
Serves as the leader of one or more SFDC BA teams working on medium to large projects and maintenance activities.
Acts as primary liaison between systems development teams, vendors and/or business customers.
Listening, understanding impacts, and working with appropriate stakeholders to minimize member touchpoints, deliver operational efficiencies, and bridge real-world challenges into solution requirements within the Salesforce ERS ecosystem.
Assists management in identifying project objectives, validating detailed business/technical requirements, and evaluating alternatives.
Defines project scope, objectives and resource needs related to user stories utilizing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE) methodology.
Leads and, where applicable, authors test plans and ensure test cases thoroughly support business requirements and obtain approval on test plans, test cases and expected results and documents as necessary.
Accountable for the team’s planning and execution of end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to deliver the priority initiatives required.
Coordinates the work assignments and tasks for staff and objectively evaluates individual performance to objectives.
Duties include recommending improvements to existing systems and processes. Creating, elaborating, and refining new and existing user stories utilizing SAFE. Leading implementation of new processes and technologies. Leading certification of Solution Design. Leading pre and post implementation plan. Creating Test Plans, and leading UAT where applicable.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of leadership experience driving business solutions utilizing Salesforce
2+ years managing solutions implementations in Salesforce
2+ years of knowledge and experience within Automotive Services
Documented experience building/documenting requirements, solution design, UAT prep IT support operations and application performance management
Ability to lead strategic/consultative sessions with clients
Able to solve diverse, complex and crucial business problems
Able to lead a team
Self-directed, able to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation skills
