Supervise and mentor Inside Sales Representatives across various Market Areas, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with broader organizational initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction on all sales transactions.
Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and provide actionable feedback and coaching to drive individual and team success.
Forecasts and recruits qualified candidates for available and/or upgraded Inside Sales Team positions.
Develops and executes ongoing training that provides both formal training and informal coaching sessions to all Inside Sales Representatives.
Participates in training and coaching the Inside Sales staff.
Assists in the communication and maintenance of the Market Area's pricing and service strategies.
Design and implement effective sales and marketing programs tailored to current and emerging customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
Works with the Market Area Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies to up sell and cross sell to customers via outbound calls. Communicates goals to Inside Sales Representatives.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years of relevant experience.
Experience: Three (3) years of business-to-business sales management, plus three (3) years in direct business-to-business sales or a minimum two (2) years of inside sales management experience (in addition to education requirements).
Preferred experience: Five years or more of experience in a call center environment, sales leadership experience and someone who has experience driving revenue results.
