Business Sales Operations Outfitter

Role Overview

• The Business Sales Operations Outfitter provides frontline operational and customer support for Bass Pro Shops Business Sales customers.
• This role is responsible for handling inbound Business Sales communications.
• Supporting CRM-driven workflows.
• Coordinating logo setup requests.
• Proactively engaging assigned Government and Retail accounts to identify sales opportunities.
• Delivering consistent, professional, and brand-aligned experience for our business customers.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree Required : High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Preferred Degree : Vocational Tech Certification or Associate’s Degree in Business
• Experience : 0-2 years of experience in Business Administration or related field
• Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• Proficiency with office and call-center software, e.g., web browsers, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Strong telephone skills, including voice quality, enunciation, grammar & listening.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to effectively interpret and manage difficult situations.
• Ability to work on a team and independently.
• Good organization skills and able to handle multiple tasks.
• The ability to succeed in a fast-paced, ever evolving, goal-oriented environment.
