Handle incoming customer calls, provide accurate information on pricing and products, and perform research when needed.
Enter customer orders into the system.
Monitor and follow up with customers on orders in progress.
Track corporate requests, analyze reports and take appropriate action.
Take timely action to resolve customer service issues and ensure proper follow-up.
Proactively recommend related and/or alternative products when appropriate.
Keep technical product knowledge up to date.
Requirements
Two (2) years of experience in customer service and sales
Vocational diploma (DEP) in Electrical and/or sales training (an asset)
Good knowledge of the electrical market
Bilingual (French/English) — required to serve English-speaking customers.
