Receive customer calls and provide accurate pricing and product information, conducting research as needed;
Enter customer orders into the system;
Follow up with customers on orders in progress;
Track corporate requests, analyze reports, and take appropriate action;
Take necessary steps to resolve customer service issues promptly and follow up to ensure resolution;
Proactively recommend related and/or alternative products when appropriate;
Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of products;
Requirements
Two (2) years of experience in customer service and sales
DEP in Electrical Technology and/or sales training (asset)
Good knowledge of the electrical market
Bilingualism (French/English) — required to serve English-speaking customers.
