Account Executive

Role Overview

• Identify and generate new business revenue opportunities
• Develop and retain a quality residential client base
• Compile lists of prospective customers for sales leads
• Build and service customer relationships throughout the sales cycle
• Create and deliver presentations to customer groups
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop local marketing content
• Communicate proactively with clients and respond in a timely manner

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-5 years of successful residential Title, Mortgage and Real estate industry experience preferred
• Professional verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Planning, organizational and territory management skills
• Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs and objectives
• Strong negotiation skills
• Demonstrates persistence, tenacity and consistency in pursuing revenue opportunities
• Understanding of market and competition with the ability to identify external threats and opportunities
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Teams, Salesforce.com
