Role Overview
- Supporting the needs of the TexOma Area Sales Team.
- Responding to support requests from the Sales team.
- Logging/completing Salesforce Tasks.
- Generating and submitting individual and complex orders using Salesforce.
- Managing multiple systems for support requests.
- Handling occasional inbound/outbound voice and Teams video calls.
- Limited, direct customer interaction via phone and email.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED or High School Equivalency (accredited).
- 2 years previous work experience (in addition to education requirement).
