Requirements
Undergraduate degree is required with preference given to a major in Chemistry, Biology or Environmental Science; an MBA is strongly preferred
7 to 10 years of experience managing sales teams, and leading other people leaders, during periods of change and growth
10 to 15 years of progressive sales experience within Hach, the water industry, or other technical field to include holding field individual contributor and field sales leadership roles within the municipal and industrial markets.
Background in value‑selling methodologies (Question Based Selling, Sandler, etc.) strongly preferred
Demonstrated success to motivating teams to deliver high-impact results through customer‑centered, collaborative selling
Track record of building scalable processes and winning sales strategies through continuous improvement and Veralto Enterprise System methods
Willingness to travel ~60% to stay close to customers and team performance.
