Role Overview

• providing comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues up to $20 million
• managing and deepening relationships with high value and opportunity clients
• supporting growth of the profitability of the small business customer base
• acquiring new client opportunities through prospecting, networking, and developing external referral sources
• opening core small business accounts while adhering to procedural guidelines

Requirements

• proven success in consultative sales in financial services and/or business-to-business sales
• demonstrated success improving business financial outcomes by interpreting financial statements and recommending specific levers
• passionate about outside sales and enjoys spending time prospecting
• motivated to enhance existing relationships and exceed sales goals
• can analyze financial conditions of clients and industry trends
• can understand and interpret financial statements and cash flow analysis
• thorough knowledge of small business financial products and services
• familiarity with CRM platforms and other banking systems
