Role Overview
- Answer phones and deal with face to face inquiries
- Work closely with manufacturing and accounting teams to support payables processing
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail
- Oversee factory request for shipments
- Assist in month end close
- Purchase and maintain office supply inventory
- Complete payments and help with receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices for assigned vendors
- Serve as backup for all financial accounting coordinators and hourly payroll coordinator
- Support the company store as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years’ experience in clerical and/or accounting, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial, military or related environment
- Must be open to some overtime and weekend work.
