Sales and Service Assistant Manager

Role Overview

• Effectively market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Work independently, inside an office and outside on the property
• General property care, cleaning, and maintenance
• Daily property walks to confirm spaces are ready to rent
• Accurate payment processing and cash handling
• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience

Requirements

• Previous retail, restaurant, fast food, hospitality, customer service/sales or self-storage experience
• Must have a Real ID or Passport to travel to San Antonio training center
• Valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation required
• Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to walk in and around the property
• Should be able to climb stairs and open large doors
