About this role

Communicate via telephone calls (Outbound and potential inbound calls) with customers and potential owners
Assist in providing customers with experiences and events for memorable vacation memories
Verify individuals meet eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours
Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours
Explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation
Check availability of accommodations and dates, including finding alternative options
Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
Contribute to team goals
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information

Must live in the Orlando, FL area
Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
Must possess the ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehension
Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements
