About this role

Responsible for all aspects of sales planning, strategy implementation, and execution within the Western Division
Collaboratively work with distributor network
Develop overall sales strategies, priorities, and performance measures
Lead, direct, and develop a best-in-class sales team
Monitor regional sales climate and be the subject matter expert
Create a sense of urgency within the team

Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 10 years’ experience in wine & spirits sales
Proven sales leader in retail with customer headquarters call experience
Knowledge of and ability to dissect consumer data such as IRI or AC Nielsen
Superior organizational skills, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication & negotiation skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to build compelling and creative sales presentations
Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
