develop business within client accounts by cultivating relationships and understanding client needs and expectations for Smartpress deliverables.
serve as a strategic business partner to assigned clients, deeply understanding their business model, goals, and strategic vision to identify opportunities for growth.
collaborate closely with the assigned Project Manager (PM) and implementation teams (Design, Production, etc.) to clearly communicate client expectations and ensure deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the required design and quality standards.
maintain positive, ongoing client relationships while also pursuing new business opportunities.
perform miscellaneous projects and tasks as requested by management.
achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
travel to client corporate and retail operations as needed.
partner with the Business Development Account Executive to understand the current pipeline and transition plans.
Requirements
a Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent print or retail industry experience in a sales role.
a minimum of 5 years industry experience with a proven track record of success in growing a customer base and expanding sales with existing customers.

demonstrate strong critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and identify the best path forward.
