You lead our team of setters and closers and develop them on a daily basis.
You optimize closing performance — and take on deals yourself when capacity allows.
This is a hands-on leadership position.
You translate revenue targets into concrete sales execution.
You coach sales calls.
You conduct 1:1s.
You review call recordings.

3+ years of demonstrable high-ticket B2C closing success
Average deal value > €3,000
Experience with the setter-closer model
Short sales cycles (max. a few weeks)
Initial leadership experience managing closers or setters — with verifiable results
German at native-speaker level
Numbers-oriented and performance-driven
Background in coaching, fitness, finance, or online business
Experience in emotional B2C selling
Experience with CRM systems and conversion tracking
