Serve as a strategic Senior HR Generalist and leader of the Talent Acquisition function
Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and help resolve workplace concerns
Support employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, investigations, and corrective actions
Conduct exit interviews, identify key themes, and provide recommendations to leadership
Maintain accurate HRIS data and support reporting needs
Prepare HR reports and share insights on workforce trends
Support the planning and delivery of training programs that reinforce skills and MCA culture/values
Lead the Talent Acquisition team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback
Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes and drive TA strategy

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred
5–7+ years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated generalist expertise
3+ years of experience leading or managing a recruiting function or team
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated ability to build trust and strong relationships across diverse teams and leadership levels
Skilled in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and delivering thoughtful, solutions-oriented HR support
Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
