Operations Training, Data Accuracy Coordinator

Role Overview

• Develop and maintain training materials for new hires and existing staff
• Create assessments and post-training reviews
• Develop and maintain data review process
• Assist in training on CRM contact entry and documentation
• Collaborate with the Client to deliver train-the-Trainer sessions
• Maintain organized training materials and records in a centralized location
• Work with stakeholders to review accuracy and quality trends
• Collaborate with Trainer and Account Manager to adjust training content based on findings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years training assessment, design and implementation
• Strong understanding of the contact center environment
• Consultative customer service skills
• A solution-oriented and positive mindset
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong computer experience working on multiple software programs
• Excellent writing skills and experience with social media management
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
