Requirements
High School Diploma/GED (Required)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Required)
5+ years' experience selling into Enterprise clients (3K+ employees)
7+ years business sales experience with a track record of successful acquisition sales, opportunity creation and closure within an enterprise customer base; 5 years in technology, software, or telecom strategic solution sales
Deep understanding of technology and business strategies to tailor solutions that meet client needs effectively at an Enterprise level.
Demonstration of their contribution in account planning and execution of those plans' efforts (Required)
Effective at managing account relationships, financial outcomes (reducing churn, additional of GAs, etc.), neutralizing detractors and managing multiple sales programs and opportunity life cycle.
Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships with a defined customer base to ensure a high level of satisfaction and increase revenues.
Ability to assess potential customers to determine fit for products or services, ensuring focused sales efforts on leads with the highest likelihood of conversion.
Demonstration of the ability to identify and create new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and nurturing relationships for long-term growth.
Confidently handles sales negotiations with prospects and existing clients (Required)
Ability to effectively communicate with client leaders of all levels (C-level down to entry-level support roles).
