4-6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth technology company and 7+ years of overall HR or related work experience.
Proven track record in designing and implementing impactful people programs and strategies.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate and influence effectively at all organizational levels.
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and their application in day-to-day people operations.
Analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively in ambiguous environments.
BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
