Facilitates organizational development initiatives including performance management and talent assessment and development.
Coaches and trains managers and supervisors on their communication and feedback skills, ensuring a fair and consistent environment for all employees.
Conducts initial employee relations investigations when necessary and shares findings with HR leadership.
Monitors the implementation of a performance improvement process with non-performing employees and reviews, guides and approves management recommendations for corrective action, including termination of employment
Analyzes, interprets, and reports on data such as turnover and engagement
Ensures proper maintenance of confidential employee information.
Collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for open and or projected positions. Counsels managers on candidate selection; conducts and analyzes exit interviews; analyzes trends and prepares recommendations.
Assist with the design and development of strategic plans using business knowledge; execute strategies and methods in alignment with enterprise goals.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience
Strong relationship management skills with experience in partnering with coaching, providing support to leaders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
